Notice To Physicians and Providers

El Paso Health (EPH), a Medicaid Managed Care Organization, will accept applications for participation as Medical Service or Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Providers in our Network from 01/22/2025 to 2/10/2025. Applicants must meet El Paso Health’s credentialing criteria and standards for acceptance.

Interested applicants should contact El Paso Health’s Contracting and Credentialing Department at Contracting_Dept@elpasohealth.com or submit a letter of interest to 1145 Westmoreland Dr., El Paso, TX 79925. All interested applicants will receive notice of acceptance or denial within 90 days of notifying El Paso Health.
